Individual psychological coach according to Alfred Alder - VftC, Berlin

Alfred Adler - neurologist, physician, psychologist

Married to a Russian women's rights activist

Humanistic, simple and very profound view of man

"To live means to develop" (Quote from his book "The Meaning of Life" Alfred Adler)

Contemporary and initially friend of Sigmund Freud and later opponent.

He deals with life questions - tasks, life, the meaning of life goals, social action and a humane society

Every person is unique - a complex interrelationship of body, mind and soul.

Every person can develop - can become more social, more creative, more peaceful

"This is the creative force that is anchored in every living being."

Alfred Adler had a positive view of mankind – a social being, designed for mutual help

Humans are social, compassionate beings who will emerge from evolution and who can be happy in a free social economy. Humans are ultimately noble, helpful, and good. Those who are ruthless, cold, and antisocial will perish in evolution, according to Adler.

According to Adler, there is a tendency toward "correct" behavior, even though Adler, as a Jew, experienced the World War firsthand.

HIS THESES:

- People with physical deficiencies suffer from an inferiority complex (organ inferiority = being less valuable). This is compensated or overcompensated for by special efforts and achievements (e.g., someone is treated particularly brutally).

All people have feelings of inferiority; the inferiority complex is a superficial form where one feels particularly inferior and where one then either withdraws or uses all one's strength with all one's might to overcome this state and in doing so also acts inconsiderately towards other people.

Dominant behavior (ruthless, humiliating others and not allowing any criticism)

In any case, these complexes make people unhappy

There are thousands of situations in our lives in which we feel like we're not quite right, not capable enough, not good enough – at school and at work, the feeling of not being empathetic enough in relationships, not being good enough as a parent or father, not being as attractive, not being as smart or athletic as xy... these feelings repeatedly prompt us to discover and compensate for actual deficiencies. This is how we develop = a lifelong process.

To reduce the feeling of inferiority means to improve, to develop (according to Adler through the pursuit of recognition and power) -> effectiveness, gain of sovereignty would be the neutral terms for this

Educational counseling centers in Vienna

An upbringing that neither oppresses nor spoils the child

Sense of community vs. striving for power

Sense of community = seeing with another's eyes, hearing with another's ears, feeling with another's heart = empathy, responsibility for others, that is what defines the social being "human"

Adler was convinced that humanity had managed to survive (despite all its destructiveness) through mutual help

The need for recognition and power is channeled into social and cooperative channels in people who compensate for their feelings of inferiority in a healthy way

In the USA, Adler's works became successes and far surpassed those of Sigmund Freud

Individual psychology vs. Freud's psychoanalysis (

His books were understandable, they fit the spirit in the USA

He taught at the university - always at eye level and with respect, lectures, seminars

in the 1920s very popular with a lay audience (Freud rather the academics)

Adler also asks WHY or WHERE, but the much more important question in individual psychology is the question of WHY. What does depression serve the patient? What does the patient achieve through depression?

Example 1: A Catholic man is cheating and becomes depressed about it. The depression helps him stop cheating.

!!! People cling to their symptoms in order to unconsciously achieve something!!

Mental illnesses/crises, etc. have a hidden meaning

--> COMBO WITH MAXWELL and automatic target tracking!!!

Example 2: Young man with depression - he wants to advance, starts studying, but fails to pass the exams.

It turned out that once the young man got up from the coach, he was striving for the top far too quickly (his mother had always taken it easy on him), causing him to fail again and again and to remain in his depression.

People consciously or unconsciously create images of themselves and the world to help them orient themselves in reality.

--> A person who has arrived at a pessimistic worldview classifies new experiences into this grid and thus this pessimistic attitude to life becomes entrenched

Adler's attitude was very humanistic - everyone is a fellow human being - there was no gradient for Adler

"Everything in us is 'normal,' healthy, and developed. As long as you have enough sense of community within you and encourage cooperation."

Individual psychological coach according to Alfred Alder

VftC, Berlin

Alfred Adler (1870-1937) was a Viennese neurologist, physician and psychotherapist and founded individual psychology as a new form of psychotherapy.

At the core of individual psychology is the assumption that we all go through life with a feeling of inferiority—and some even with an inferiority complex—and try to compensate for this feeling in our own way. Some may do so through excessive diligence, others through excessive displays of power, wearing a "mask," or even through withdrawal due to illness, etc.

For Adler, this was contrasted with the so-called sense of community, which he believes is inherent in every human being.

By sense of community he meant nothing other than empathy, that is, seeing with the eyes of others, hearing with the ears of others and feeling with the heart of others.

But the stronger our feeling of inferiority becomes, the more we move away from this sense of community.

And we can see this very clearly in society today.

That's why individual psychology has captivated me so much. It seeks solutions for the individual, but ultimately also for the entire community. And it seeks to follow the path of the heart and thus the path of the soul.

In individual psychology we ask WHY.

For example, what purpose does a depressive mood serve my client?

What perceived “inadequacy” does the client unconsciously want to distract from?

And such a feeling of inferiority is, for example, a false belief about ourselves or life.

If I subconsciously keep thinking "I can't do this," "I'm not good enough," etc., I will look for ways to compensate.

One person, due to their own condition, might recklessly push themselves to be the best, elbows out. Another might continually find excuses, such as illness or other problems, to avoid even trying.

It sounds harsh, but it's very helpful. Because then the client can actually break the vicious cycle, where previously they tried to maintain the "helpful distraction mechanism."

But you want a change, right?

If you have always been going around in circles and seem to be stuck in a situation, we can also examine it from an individual psychological perspective.

Because you know: You're a magnet! And with what you think, you attract everything!

Inner child work as an inspiration coach,

"Heart over Head" (Christina & Walther Hommelsheim)

(over 1.5 years part-time)

The method of "Heart over Head" is an intensive journey inward.

Here I learned how many wounds we carry inside us and how they keep us from living our true lives.

Every time we are triggered in adult life today, it is an indication of a childhood injury.

I always compare it to a rocket that takes off and you can't stop it. It's like an inner programming that makes us react completely unconsciously.

One person completely freaks out, gets incredibly angry and screams, another goes into complete retreat or the next even becomes violent.

Ultimately, we all remain wounded children and act accordingly until we begin to "pacify" the situations. As adults, it's important to consciously feel the triggering situation from our childhood and then be able to resolve it so that it loses its explosive potential.

In the group program, there is a special "trigger exercise" to sensitize you to what exactly triggers you, why, and where you know it from.

In 1:1 coaching, we have the opportunity to look at this together in detail if you feel addressed now because such trigger situations have often thrown you off balance.

Kabbalah Coach

"FreedomOneness"

....

(over 6 months part-time)

The teachings of Kabbalah were certainly the absolute game changer in my life and miraculously united all my training.

Kabbalah is based on the 7 Universal Laws that form the framework for all of our lives here on earth.

And therefore we are the creators of our lives and have control over what we make of it.

According to Kabbalah, we have all previously said YES to this life and have chosen what we want to learn in this life and which talents should support us in doing so.

Using the Kabbalah's calculations, we can learn to understand our life paths and learning tasks, and we can discover what our superpower is with which we can overcome challenges (if we use it).

And we see which blockages and the effects of these blockages appear in our lives and which ones need to be transformed first.

The calculation of Kabbalah allows us to understand what we are here to learn and what our blockages are and to which we are all subject, whether we like it or not.

  1. Law of spirituality - which means that everything we can think also manifests itself in matter
  2. Law of Attraction - We are a magnet and attract things outside with what is within us
  3. Law of Vibration – our inner vibration (whether negative or positive) determines what we can attract. Negative can only attract negative, and positive can only attract positive.
  4. Law of Polarity – everything always has two sides – light and shadow – and both sides originate from the same source and are therefore equal. So, if we reject one part, we also reject the other.
  5. Law of rhythm - everything has its time and if we act against the natural rhythm, we exhaust ourselves and have no energy left when it is time to be active
  6. Law of cause and effect
  7. Now
